PF UAN Can you sugest me please
We are writing to bring to your attention an issue we are facing regarding the activation of multiple UANs under our organization’s account on the EPFO portal.
One of our employees has been regularly contributing to the PF through monthly challan payments. However, his UAN (Universal Account Number) continues to show as inactive in the EPFO system. Despite attempts by the employer to activate the UAN through the portal, the system displays the following error:
"Please contact PF office."
The employee has already visited the PF office and submitted all the required documents, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.
Furthermore, we have noticed that over 100 UANs associated with our organization are currently marked as inactive in the portal, even though PF contributions are being made regularly for all of them.
We kindly request your urgent intervention in resolving this issue and guiding us on the proper procedure to activate these UANs. We are facing difficulties in compliance and employee grievances due to this matter. C
